Refund & Return Policy

Return Period

Customers may request a return within 30 days after receiving their order.

Returned products must:

  • Be unworn and unused
  • Be returned in original packaging
  • Include all tags and accessories
  • Remain in resalable condition

Items Excluded From Returns

The following products are not eligible for return:

  • Customized items
  • Gift cards
  • Clearance merchandise
  • Products designated as final sale

How to Initiate a Return

To request a return, email support@chlomall.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Product name
  • Reason for the return

Our support team will review your request and provide further instructions.

Refund Processing

Refunds are issued after returned merchandise has been inspected and approved.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your original payment account.

Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery and provide photos documenting the issue.
